Refund Policy

Remaining Balance Refund

After making a deposit, you may request a refund for any remaining balance through your payment gateway at any time. Refunds will be processed to your payment gateway within 6-12 hours. Please note that the time it takes for the money to reach your card or bank depends on your local bank or card company.

Additional Fees

We charge some additional fees in case of a refund of funds to the wallet. A %1 fee applies for international method users, and a %2 fee applies for local payment method users (e.g., UddoktaPay).

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit without a valid reason, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders and ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to revoke any followers or likes delivered to your or your client’s social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or others.

Order Cancellations and Refunds

Orders placed on SMMXZ will be refunded or canceled if a customer requests it. Refunds for non-deliverable orders will be credited to your SMMXZ account.

Non-Refundable Orders

Orders from misplaced or private accounts do not qualify for refunds. Ensure all order details are correct before placing your order.

Fraudulent Activity

Any fraudulent activity, including the use of unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will result in the termination of your account. No exceptions will be made.

Server Usage

Please avoid using multiple servers simultaneously for the same page, as this can affect the accuracy of follower/like counts. Orders under such circumstances will not be eligible for refunds.
